Product Overview

This 10 inch long Cable Harness is used in the Lower E-Base control assembly of Giraffe Generic Station. This cable harness comprises of a three position one row female connector (Connector 1) at it's one end and 2x four position, one row, identical male connectors (Connector 2 and 3) at the other end which are connected using 2x 4 (3+1) core, 24 AWG Tinned Copper conductors cable. The 3 + 1 conductors of the cable are shielded using Aluminum/Mylar Tape which helps in reducing EMI interferances and results in transmitting good quality signals, the shield is further insulated using PVC jacket that enhances the insulation while maintaining the flexibility of the cables. The wires of the cables from connector 1 are splitted into two parallel connections. The drain wire of both cables are connected to the 4th position of connector 2 and 3, these drain wires are terminated to a ring terminal for connecting it to the stud provided on the base plate. The shield(drain) wires and both ends of these cables are further insulated with the help of black color heat shrink tubings for maintaining proper insulation and to protect it from environmental factors. The product will be shipped in suitable packaging to provide adequate protection during transit.
