Product Overview
The Wheel Caster Geometry Embracing Method are casters that are a round, movable and rolling objects, which are used to carry different weight loads. All the casters are mounted on swivels so that their direction can be changed as required. The caps are fastened over the casters by means of screws. These caps act as a protective cover over the casters. To attach the swivel and the caster wheel, a plate is fixed. The casters have brakes, pedal mechanisms and locking mechanisms which are extremely sensitive and fragile. They can be customized to any size according to the product. Since it has a swivel lock, it can be moved freely and rotate up to 360° degree. The casters with swivel lock must have a keyway. They can be attached to any equipment where ever needed, which diminishes the time by improving its speed level. The Wheel Caster Geometry Embracing Method (GEM) is used in hospitals, electronics and many other applications. The caster wheel made from the material which is substantially non-magnetic. It decreases the floor marking, has a good traction, does not make much noise during transportation and has low rolling resistance.
