The Cap Screw 18-8 1/4- 20 x 0.50 Hex Head - Stainless Steel - Passivated is used in the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) machines, Computed Tomography (CT), X-ray machines, ultrasound machines and many other Digital Imaging (DI) machines. It is an American National Standard (ANS) hexagon head cap screw, which is used as a fastener in the table assembly, casing assembly, magnet enclosure, slide assembly, hydraulic enclosure and many other enclosures of medical diagnostic equipment. The screw material has very strong mechanical properties when compared to similar material. It can be used at a wide range of pressures and temperatures. It has a smooth and well finished surface. It also has slight magnetic property. It can be used in many heavy mechanical applications because of its strength. The product is free from burrs, sharp edges, surface blemishes, sink marks and flash marks. They come neatly packed with a label containing the information about the product and a label with the shipment details.
