Product Overview
- The Proportional Valve comes as a part of the Breathing Circuit Gas (BCG) of an Anesthesia Delivery System. It is used in the Medium Pressure Oxygen Service (MPOS). It is a proportional flow control valve, normally closed, solenoid operated, and proportional metering valve for continuous usage for medical grade compressed air or oxygen service. All the materials in the valve are compatible with 100% Oxygen gas. The valve is designed such that it can be operated for a minimum 10 year life period (25,000 hours) in a dry medical air or oxygen environment. It has good corrosion resistance, though it comes into contact with oxygen-enriched gas in the range of 50 to 3000 kPa (7.25 to 435 psig).
