Features
- Good dimensional stability
- High corrosion resistance
- High fatigue endurance
- High strength and stiffness properties
Product Overview
Eccentric bushings are used to hold Bearings for linear motion applications. The hole is drilled off-center of the bearing axis so by rotating the bushing, the clearance between the wheel and track can be adjusted. This allows users to decide how tight or loose they would like to tune their linear motion system. This Eccentric Bushing has hex-drive socket head. The high dimensional accuracy ensures a precise fit of the parts as per the requirement. The carbon steel material used for manufacturing has good mechanical properties like tensile strength, hardness and wear resistance which ensures a long-life span for the part. The part has a sacrificial zinc coating which ensures good corrosion resistance. This part is used in Monitroll II assembly of GE's Precision 500D X-Ray systems. The item will be shipped in suitable packaging to give adequate protection to the part during transit.
